Legal Terms and Conditions of Participation
1. Organizer
The organization and management of the giveaway are the responsibility of MURIS BRAND SL, located at C/Fontanals Nº6 nau, Palau d’Anglesola (25243), Lleida, Spain, with tax identification number B19935428.
2. Participants
The giveaway is open to all individuals of legal age who meet the requirements specified in the giveaway announcement. Employees of the organizer and their relatives may not participate in the giveaway.
3. Giveaway Mechanics
All individuals who:
- Place an order on www.murisbrand.com
- Publish a comment or review on Muris Brand’s official Trustpilot profile
will automatically enter the giveaway.
It is essential that the email address used to place the order is the same as the one used to publish the Trustpilot review in order to verify the participant’s identity.
4. Participation Period
The participation period for this promotion will begin on May 6, 2026, at 00:00h (Spanish mainland time). Purchases or Trustpilot reviews made outside the indicated period will not be considered valid.
5. Prize
The giveaway prize consists of:
- A gift card worth one hundred euros (€100)
The gift card is personal and non-transferable, and its sale or transfer to third parties is prohibited. Under no circumstances may the prize be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected randomly among all participants who meet the requirements. The result will be communicated on the 5th day of each month (or the next business day) via email sent directly to the interested party.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery
Winner status will be communicated exclusively and privately via email sent to the address provided by the participant at the time of purchase.
The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within a maximum period of 72 calendar hours from the sending of the communication. If no response is received within this period, the prize will be considered rejected and awarded to the first alternate winner. Prize management will be carried out within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation by the winner.
8. Personal Data Processing
Participants’ personal data will be processed by Muris Brand for the purpose of managing the giveaway, contacting winners, and delivering prizes. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, and other rights in accordance with applicable regulations by consulting the website’s Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications and Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to make modifications to these legal terms at any time, provided that such changes do not harm participants’ rights. Likewise, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the giveaway in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary.
10. Liability
The organizer shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that participants may suffer during the course of the giveaway or as a consequence of their participation. Likewise, the organizer shall not be responsible for any improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.
11. Acceptance of the Legal Terms
Participation in the giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements established in these legal terms will result in the participant’s exclusion from the giveaway.
