At Muris we think that acting accordingly is also acting responsibly towards the environment. For this reason, we created a returns section on condition that our community tries to get their purchases right the first time.

Managing the entire process of returning a single package is a long way of actions (increased gas emissions and extra use of resources) that move away from one of our main purposes: to protect the planet.

Following this direction, we recommend that you make sure you ask for the correct size and model as many times as necessary.

How to make a return?

To make a return, you must use our returns center.

 

How much time do I have to make a return?

To make a return, you will have a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The indicated products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original box or wrapping, keeping the label, with all the accessories and without obvious signs of use. Otherwise, the request will be automatically rejected.

If the product is not returned in perfect condition, MURIS will not accept its return and the customer must schedule a pick-up and bear the shipping costs. The customer will be notified by email that they will have a maximum period of 30 calendar days to make the return. Once this period has expired, MURIS will understand that the customer renounces to the products and reserves the right to donate or destroy them depending on their condition.


Can I request a change of size or model?

Our company policy does not allow changes of size or model. In these cases, you must make a return and a new order through our website.

*In the event that the product is in poor condition or the customer has received a different product from the one purchased by mistake, the amount of the order including shipping costs will be refunded. In this case, Muris will bear the return costs.

Can I return my order in a physical store?

Muris is a 100% online brand, so a return to a physical store is not possible. All orders must be made through the web following the instructions that we provide.

How and how long does it take to get a refund?

Once the package has arrived at our warehouse, and we have verified that the products are in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount of the returned products. The amount to be refunded will appear in your account in a period of between 7 and 10 days, depending on the bank to which you belong. You will receive an email when the refund is complete.
