Terms and Conditions for Promotion Participation
1. Organiser
The organisation and management of the giveaway is the responsibility of MURIS BRAND SL, with registered address at C/Fontanals Nº6 nau, Palau d’Anglesola (25243), Lleida, Spain, and tax identification number B19935428.
2. Participants
The giveaway is open to all individuals of legal age who are subscribed to the Muris Brand newsletter, including both those who were already subscribed before the start of the promotion and those who subscribe during the participation period established in these terms and conditions.
Employees of MURIS BRAND SL and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
3. Giveaway Mechanics
All individuals subscribed to the Muris Brand newsletter during the promotional participation period will automatically be entered into the giveaway.
Individuals who are already part of the Muris Brand subscriber database before the start of the promotion will automatically be included in the giveaway.
Likewise, individuals who subscribe to the newsletter during the promotional period will also be automatically entered.
Participation will be linked to the email address registered in the Muris Brand database.
Only one entry per person and email address will be accepted.
4. Participation Period
The participation period begins on 16 June 2026 and ends on 22 June 2026 at 23:59 (Spanish mainland time).
Subscriptions registered after this date will not be considered valid for the giveaway.
5. Prize
The prize consists of:
- 1 Wonderbox Freedom Gift Card valued at €500.
The prize is personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other product or service.
The use and redemption of the gift card shall be subject to Wonderbox's own terms and conditions.
6. Winner Selection
Once the participation period has ended, a random draw will be conducted among all valid email addresses registered in the Muris Brand subscriber database.
One winner and five reserve winners will be selected. Reserve winners may become eligible to receive the prize if the original winner does not respond within the specified period or fails to meet the participation requirements.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery
The winner will be contacted exclusively via the email address registered in the Muris Brand database.
The notification will be sent on Tuesday, 23 June 2026.
The winner will have 24 hours from the time the email is sent to accept the prize and confirm their details.
If no response is received within this period, the prize will be deemed declined and awarded to the first reserve winner. The same procedure will be repeated successively with the remaining reserve winners, up to a maximum of five.
Once acceptance has been confirmed, Muris Brand will provide the necessary instructions for claiming and enjoying the prize.
8. Personal Data Processing
Participants' personal data will be processed by MURIS BRAND SL for the purpose of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner and reserve winners, delivering the prize and managing subscriptions to the Muris Brand newsletter.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and any other rights granted under applicable legislation by consulting the Privacy Policy available on the Muris Brand website.
9. Amendments and Cancellation
MURIS BRAND SL reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel the giveaway for justified reasons, provided that such changes do not adversely affect the rights of participants.
10. Liability
The organiser shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury suffered by participants during the course of the giveaway or as a result of their participation.
Likewise, the organiser shall not be liable for incidents attributable to third-party providers related to the enjoyment or use of the prize.
11. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Participation in the giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements set out herein shall result in the participant being excluded from the giveaway.
