What is the maximum time I have to request an exchange or return?
You will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request an exchange or refund. The products indicated must be returned in perfect condition, in their original box or packaging, with all accessories, without obvious signs of use and must preserve their label. Otherwise, the request will be automatically rejected.
If the product is not returned in perfect condition, Muris will not accept it, and you will have to schedule its pick-up and bear the shipping costs. You will be notified by email that you will have a maximum of 14 calendar days to collect the product from our warehouse. Once this period has expired, Muris will understand that you are relinquishing your products and reserves the right to donate or destroy them depending on their condition.

*In the event that the product is in poor condition or the customer has received a different product from the one purchased by mistake, the amount of the order including shipping costs will be refunded. In this case, Muris will bear the return costs.
Can I return my order at a physical shop?
We work with selected physical retailers to bring Muris closer to you. However, we currently do not operate our own stores. For this reason, any orders placed through our website cannot be returned at partner retailers and must follow the exchange and return process outlined on this page.
How and how long does it take to get a refund for a return?
If the products are in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount of the returned products. The amount to be refunded will appear in your account within 1 to 2 days, depending on your bank. You will receive an email when the refund has been completed.
