The process of exchanging or returning a single package involves a long list of impacts (such as increased gas emissions and extra resource use) that take us away from one of our main purposes: protecting the planet.
That's why we recommend that you make sure you order the right size and model as many times as it takes.
However, we know that getting it right the first time when buying shoes for the little ones can be tricky. It is normal to feel confused and decide on the wrong size or model. At Muris we understand the importance of finding the perfect fit for growing feet, and that's why we provide you with the option to make a product change, either in size or model.

What is the maximum time I have to request an exchange or return?
You will have a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request an exchange or refund. The products indicated must be returned in perfect condition, in their original box or packaging, with all accessories, without obvious signs of use and must preserve their label. Otherwise, the request will be automatically rejected.
If the product is not returned in perfect condition, Muris will not accept it, and you will have to schedule its pick-up and bear the shipping costs. You will be notified by email that you will have a maximum of 30 calendar days to collect the product from our warehouse. Once this period has expired, Muris will understand that you are relinquishing your products and reserves the right to donate or destroy them depending on their condition.

*In the event that the product is in poor condition or the customer has received a different product from the one purchased by mistake, the amount of the order including shipping costs will be refunded. In this case, Muris will bear the return costs.
Can I return my order at a physical shop?
We are starting to collaborate with some shops so that you can get your Muris closer to you. However, we do not have our own shops at the moment. That is why all orders placed through our website cannot be returned to any of the shops, and will have to follow the process described on this page.
How and how long does it take to get a refund for a return?
If the products are in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount of the returned products. The amount to be refunded will appear in your account within 1 to 2 days, depending on your bank. You will receive an email when the refund has been completed.
