Giveaway legal bases
The organisation of the giveaway is the responsibility of EUNOIA DIGITAL SL, with registered office at C/ GRAN VIA CARLOS III 98 4º 2ª 08028 Barcelona (Barcelona), and tax identification number B66936790.
The giveaway is aimed at all persons over 18 years of age residing in any of the countries where the brand ships and who meet the requirements specified in the post of the giveaway on Instagram. Employees of the organiser are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.
3. Giveaway rules
For the giveaway to be effective, the account @murisbrand must reach 100,000 followers before 8 October. Otherwise, the organisation reserves the right to decide whether or not to carry it out.
To participate in the giveaway, participants must proceed as follows:
- Follow the Instagram account @murisbrand
- Like the giveaway post
- Tag a friend in the comments of the post. Comments can be made as many times as desired.
- An extra participation can be obtained by reposting the giveaway post on stories and tagging the brand. Private accounts must send a screenshot by direct message.
4. Deadline for participation
The deadline to participate in the giveaway starts on Monday 25 September at 8pm and ends on 8 October at 11:59pm. Entries received after this deadline will not be considered for the giveaway.
The prize of the giveaway will be a trip to Lapland from 30 November to 3 December for a maximum of 4 people. One of the travellers must have been born in 2015 or later.
The trip to Lapland will include:
- Flights to Rovaniemi (Finland) with origin in one of the countries to which the brand sends (see list here) + 20 kg suitcase.
- 3-night stay
- Visit to Santa Claus
- Activity XXXXX
Conditions subject to change according to availability.
The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.
6. Winner selection
One winner and 3 substitutes will be randomly selected via Rafflys platform (AppSorteos) among all participants who have fulfilled the requirements of the giveaway. The winner and the 3 substitutes will be announced on 9 October in the caption of the publication.
7. Communication with the winner and prize delivery
The winner will be contacted by direct message. If no response is received within 72 hours, the first substitute will be contacted, with whom the same dynamic will be applied as with the winner. If no response is received within 72 hours, the second substitute will be contacted.
8. Processing of personal data
The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by the organiser in accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.
9. Changes to and cancellation of the giveaway
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, provided that the rights of the participants are not prejudiced. The organiser also reserves the right to cancel or postpone the giveaway in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
The organiser accepts no liability for any damage or injury suffered by participants during the giveaway or as a result of their participation in the giveaway. Likewise, the organiser cannot be held responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.
11. Acceptance of the legal bases
Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements set out in these terms and conditions will result in the exclusion of the participant from the giveaway.
